Why do you need air extraction and what does a filtration system offer?
During some industrial processes harmful dust and fumes are emitted those deteriorate the quality of the air in the working environment. In these cases extraction must be provided and the air pollutant emitting device needs to be reported towards the authorities as point of source. Fume extraction can be a simple exhausting engine and a suitable air draining pipeline. With purchasing a mobile fume extracting and air filtering machine we can save a lot of time and work, as we do not need to build complex systems and make reports and notifications.

Local mobile fume extracting and air filtering units offer numerous advantages over traditional extractors:

• The air filtration system filters dust, smoke, harmful substances and odours. Reporting towards authorities is not required, as there is nothing to report. Air pollutants, smoke or odours are not emitted from the given equipment (e.g. laser engraving machine) - only filtered, 99% clean air enters the working area.
• In some cases fume extracting and air filtering systems provide cleaner air quality than the basic air quality of the working environment (e.g. in a dusty room). Original HEPA filters and active carbon filters are also able to filter cigarette smoke and allergy-causing pollens. These devices work with basically the same filter system as the more expensive traditional home air cleaners and air filters, but they offer significantly higher filter capacity and current capacity for commercial/industrial use.
• The exhausted air is returned into the room after the filtering process, this way e.g. winter heating costs are not increased.

SD 500TS-IQ fume extracting and air cleaning machine
This type is recommended primarily for DTF printing. It can also be installed next to solvent printers, the activated carbon gas filter filters harmful substances and odors from the air. Despite its larger size, the SD 500 has a low noise level, less than 65 dB! No exhaust is required, it returns 99% purified air from the air filter to the workspace.
