The SPIRITFlex Tension System is fast becoming one of the most popular solutions in the UK and worldwide for the professional installation of banners, flexface and other printed textiles including mesh and canvas. This very simple and versatile product is easy to use and requires no special tools or training. It is a perfect solution where grand-format non-illuminated displays are specified. In many different applications, SPIRITFlex can provide the answer for a smarter, better customised banner framing solution. By using the inconspicuous low-profile frame your customers will be impressed by the final result achievable with a full-colour printed graphic. The SPIRITFlex Tension System provides a unique means to distinguish yourself from the competition by offering a more complete solution for banner and textile installation. SPIRITFlex is supplied in 3060mmm lengths, which can be cut down for smaller applications or joined for larger ones. There is a range of aluminium profiles, each suited to specific applications.
The two-part tension system works on a single process of fixing and tensioning Step 1: Secure the aluminium frame Step 2: Position the banner and hold in place Step 3: Using a rubber mallet, insert plastic tensioner Step 4: Trim off excess banner Step 5: Stand back and admire new graphic!
SPIRITFlex F-Section This profile is used where larger or stronger fixings are required. The additional fixing plate provides the space needed for fixing the frame to the surface of the structure. This secion is more tailored for outdoor sites like exterior wall, larger sign frames and rigid truck bodies. It can also be used to convert existing signage to a flexface system.
Compatibility
SPIRITFlex tension system is compatible with the most of flexible printed banner (frontlit, backlit) and textiles. It is recommended to use material of 300-600g. THe tension would be weaken with material of less than this sqm. The tension of banners thicker (600-700g) can became difficult.
