DTF Station UV DTF inks

DTF Station's printers provide perfect prints, but this requires supplies specifically developed by the manufacturer for the machines. DTF Station UV DTF inks were tested and calibrated to work perfectly with DTF Station Aries UV DTF printers, "A" and "B" UV DTF films. Their combined use ensures perfect prints, problem-free production and less need for maintenance. Of course, the warranty is only valid if you use the original supplies.

Create without limits!

• Suitable for countless materials: UV-DTF inks could be used on almost any kind of hard surface without pretreatment – including PET and polyurethane –, unlike traditional inks which require absorption into substrates for printing.

• Even on colored sufraces: White paint expands the range of printable materials. With printing white as a base color, you can print perfect, vivid colours even on the surface of a coloured object.

• Countless creative possibilities:You can enhance certain parts of the graphic – ie. logos, etc. – or even the whole printed design creating glossy effect with varnish. You can use white or varnish even individually printed on the object.  

• Perfect colours: DTF Station UV-DTF iks provide vibrant, spot-on colors and sharp prints. Furthermore, Aries 124 printers mix color gradients from four additional colors – light cyan, light magenta and two types of light black, which makes the color gradient smoother, producing the best photo quality. 

• Durability: High scratch-resistance, long lasting vibrant colours.

• Compatible materials: almost any hard surface without the need of pretreatment (e.g. ceramics, metal, glass, plastic, wood, paper, etc.)
• Storage: Store in a well-ventilated place between 5-40 °C, keep away from sunlight. Shake every day the white ink stored on your shelf!
• Safety: Do not mix with other substances. Use protective gloves to avoid skin contact. Work in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling.

Printing

• Use DTF printer with a white ink circulation system. (E.g. our DTF Station printers)
• Always keep humidity over 40%! (You could check it with a digital humidity monitor and if needed, you could use a humidifier!
• Always perform nozzle check and head cleaning if needed before each work.

Warranty conditions

We can only guarantee the compatibility and problem-free operation of the ink with our own DTF system (printer, ink, pet film, powder, heat treatment unit) bought at our shop and installed by our colleagues. If printers or supplies not included in our offer are used with it, the customer is responsible! We advice you not to, but if you do use it in a different printer, the compatibility should always be tested before using it in larger scale.

Since proper storing and usage of the DTF ink cannot be checked, we do not accept complaints after the purchase.
