Crossover semi-automatic eyelet press is one of Plasticos Alco's most popular products. It is the perfect choice for customers who need to work on several types of materials with different eyelet sizes. It works with pneumatic pressure, the air compressor required for its operation is not included!

One machine for a wide range of materials

Crossover semi-automatic eyelet press can be used for several types of materials. Besides PVC and plastic materials, it is ideal for different types of texiles (such as curtains, polyester, banners, flag... etc.) since it presses the eyelet into it without crease. 

Interchangable eyelet tools from 8-40 cm

Eyelet tools are interchangable in this machine. The price only includes 1 tool (choose from the list above), but you could buy a wide range of addidional tools from 8-40 cm. Compatible tool sizes are: 8 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 25 mm, 40 mm. 8 mm, 12 mm and 16 mm tools are “self-cutting” ones: they not only press the eyelet but cut the hole as well. As for the 25 and 40 mm tools, you need to cut the whole beforehand.

What else should you know about the machine?

• Safety protection around the setting area.

• Cutting adjustment (even for light fabrics) and adjustable eyelet closing pressure.

• Pedal-operated, it leaves both hands free to hold the material.

• It only requires pneumatic connection. To operate it, you will need an air-compressor, which isn't included in the price!
