The professional Drytac Vacuum Hot Press is excellent to laminate and mount a wide range of printed material sheets without bubbles. The Hot Press has a special heating solution: the top glass warm up to 100 celsius and ensure perfect temperature distribution. Important! The top panel is made up of two sheets glass, the upper sheet doesn't warm up.

Why use Vacuum Hot Press for laminating?

- Known in the large format printing, it could happen during the roll laminating that little dust particles get between the laminating film and the prints; because moving parts make laminating and removal of carrier paper cause electrostatic discharge. That's why it is quite hard to laminating without dust particles. The Vacuum Hot Press can laminate printed sheet with glue-free lamination foil. When you put the accessories one after another you can remove even the smallest dust too.

- The Vacuum Hot Press use glue-free hot lamination foil, it allows us to easily work. Just apply the lamination foil to the printed sheet and the machine does its job.

- We can execute with this machine both mounting and laminating. Just put all the components in the machine (carrying table, mounting film, printed sheet, lamination foil) and the Vacuum Laminating Machine laminate and mount the product in one step.

- This solution serve the superior quality need principally. White, bubbled layer known in the cold-laminating isn't visible on the laminated surface even on the dark or black prints. This is thanks to the lamination foil heat melting and to the vacuum.

All models feature an automatic electronic timer with a manual override switch and vacuum pressure adjustment capabilities. Upon completion of the cycle, vacuum pressure is automatically released and the timer resets itself. The top panel of the Heated Glass Top Vacuum Press is made up of two sheets of reinforced tempered glass. The inner surface of the lower sheet has an invisible conductive film embedded in it which ensure the consistent temperature distribution. Thanks to the transparent top panel the operator to view materials during processing and correct mis-aligned work or folded back corners.
