Laminators
Various solutions for laminating rolled or sheet materials
We have machines for all kinds of post-processing operations to protect the print, whether it is hot and cold lamination of roll materials or professional, bubble-free lamination of posters.
We provide the following types of machines
Cold-hot laminators
During cold lamination, a self-adhesive laminating film is glued to the surface of the printed material. Heating is not necessary, but it is beneficial, because a roller heated to 40-50°C makes the laminating film softer. The end result is a crystal clear transparent laminate, almost unnoticeable on the print! The SD HC laminator series – our own brand – is suitable for both cold and hot lamination up to 150°C, so hot laminating foils without glue can also be used. Automatic feeding and winding, patented roll holder and many other useful accessories! SD laminating machines have a high-quality and large-diameter silicone cylinder, which guarantees bubble-free lamination, cashiering and decades of service life. In addition to SD products, we also sell laminators from the Neolt and Fayon brands, which we also recommend.
We are constantly updating our offer so that we can always offer the best to our customers. We compared our latest models in the chart below based on some of their basic technical data to help you with the decision:
Machine type | Roll width | Heating option | Temperature | Roll movement | Speed |
FAYON MANUAL LAMINATOR | 1580 mm | no | — | manual | 4 m/min |
SD BASIC 1600 HC+TRIM | 1630 mm | yes | 60 °C | pneumatic | 6 m/min |
SD PRO 1600 COLD+TRIM | 1630 mm | no | — | pneumatic | 6 m/min |

Vacuum heat press for laminating sheet prints
A professional vacuum heat press is the ideal solution for bubble-free lamination and lamination of many curved printed materials and carrier plates.
Roll lamination operation is known for large-format printing. Small fluff and dust particles could get between the laminating film and the print, because moving parts carry out the lamination, and the removal of the carrier paper also involves electrostatic charging. This makes it harder to perform dust-free lamination.
With the vacuum heat press, you can laminate curved materials with adhesive-free protective films. By simply stacking the accessories in the machine, even the tiniest dirt can be removed before the operation. It is a perfect choice for picture framers, photo labs, digital printers and other post-processing workshops, if the goal is high-quality and durable lamination or cashiering.
