The new Jetrix LXa5 UV flatbed printer is the latest development from INKTEC for those looking for professional quality at a reasonable price. As a strong company, INKTEC was able to develop and respond to changing market needs even during periods of economic crisis by creating better systems than their competitors. The LXa5 UV printer can print boards up to 1300x2500mm. It has industrial Konica Minolta printheads with a 6 picoliter droplet size, which ensures pin-sharp photo quality and a print speed of 37m²/hour.

Industrial printheads

JETRIX uses Konica Minolta KM1024A printheads, which is a guarantee of industrial quality. LXa5 UV printer was created to serve small users, primarily small quantity printing, in which area high print quality is important, with pin-sharp resolution even when viewed from up-close. 1440dpi resolution, 6pl ink drops and up to 8 ink channels. The print quality is further improved by the Nozzle Recovery and Variable Dot technologies, which ensure streak-free, continuous stable quality.

Outstanding printing speed

Our LXa5 UV flatbed printer is prepared for the accelerated market demands, provides your business with excellent capacity and is suitable for continuous operation. With a 4-pass setting, you can create photo-quality outdoor printed signs at a speed of 37 m²/hour. You don't have to worry about damage to the printhead even when printing at high speed! In order to protect the printheads, our printer has an anti-crush system, so mechanical damage to the head is impossible.

Flexible board handling

Jetrix LXa5 UV flatbed printer has a robust and stable table, which is essential for industrial printers. It has zonal vacuum control, pneumatic pin registration for fast and accurate media placement, and safety protection systems such as infrared sensors and impact inhibitors. You can print on thicker boards or products as well, up to 100 mm material thickness!

The INKTEC name is a guarantee for quality. With the LX-LED UV ink you could achieve in one type of ink everything that other inks are individually capable of (and the printer can only have one).
