JETRIX LXi8 flatbed UV printer

JETRIX LXi8 is INKTEC's high-end industrial UV printer, which can easily cover the printing needs of large companies! The GUI (Graphical User Interface) provides simplicity and transparency, with extremely simple printer management. In addition to handling, the main virtue of the LXi8 is productivity! Automatic zone vacuum table and impact pins, automatic head cleaning, the huge table surface, industrial Konica Minolta print heads and a printing speed of 206 m²/hour cover industrial printing needs.

Industrial printheads

The JETRIX LXi8 uses Konica Minolta KM1024i printheads, which provide excellent 1080dpi resolution and outstanding speed. The print quality is further improved by the Nozzle Recovery and Variable Dot technologies, which ensure streak-free, continuous, stable quality.

Industrial speed

The maximum speed of the LXi8 is 206 m²/hour, which is excellent for photo-quality outdoor media needs, but even at the maximum fine art top quality, 31 m²/hour can be achieved. This print performance is outstanding in this price range!

Board handling

Zonal vacuum control and stop pins make it easier to continuously change the raw material and fix it under vacuum. Anti-crash system protects the printheads and infra-red guided sensor provides the safety of the operator. You don't have to give up printing on thicker boards or objects either, because the LXi6 can print on up to 100 mm thickness.

It could be used to print on a variety of materials (acril, dibond, wood, coroplast, etc.) and – after adequate surface treatment with precoat liquid – you could print with it on even more materials, such as glass and plastic.
