KODAK DTF Powder (White) - 1kg

Polyurethane hot-melt adhesive powder has excellent bonding and flexibility properties with DTF inks.

It has a softening point of 70-80 um (particle size). Transfer time is 15-20 seconds at 300-325 F with low melting point (225 degrees F), sold in 2kg, 1k, and 0.5kg bottles.

Specifications:

• Excellent adhesion to fabric, cotton or blended, TPU and PVC

• Softness to touch

• Ease of processability

• Recommend cure times: 8-15 seconds at 110-130 °C

• Wash performance best at cool temperature (40°C)

How does it work?

A special adhesive powder that melts under heat and forms an adhesive bridge between the print and the textile.

The adhesive powder is applied to the DTF print after printing. This can be done manually or by an automatic heat treatment machine, which applies and melts it, the print coming out of the machine is tactile and ready for further use.
