The ProfiPack C400 is a special paper recycling machine for manufacturers, webshops and stores using cardboard boxes, corrugated packaging. You can use it to turn waste corrugated boxes into space-filling material. On the one hand, you get rid of waste, you free up free space, and on the other hand, you don't have to spend on space-filling materials! Environmentally friendly, useful equipment. The perforator does not actually cut the cardboard, so it does not cut the box into strips, small pieces, but perforates and presses. Resulting in an extremely flexible, mesh-like, extendable, bendable soft space filler.

The useful width of the machine is 400mm, but it is open on one side, so you can cut wider boxes with it. Moreover, with the built-in mm scale and the adjustment of the stop, you can produce space-filling strips in exact sizes. The machine does not completely cut through, but perforates the waste box, giving you a soft material that can be pulled apart and stretched. The dispensing opening is 10mm high, so even C, BC type corrugated cardboard can be dispensed without any problems. You also don’t have to worry about the cardboard box being wrinkled or taped. It also processes old, used boxes (as this is its main advantage) and even perforates stapled boxes.
