Bubble free cold laminating and mounting, stabile feeding, 120C° heated top roller and heavy duty structure.
Peak performance! Hot-cold roll laminating machine equipped with many extra options with 1-3 years warranty!!
SD PRO roll laminators are manufactured to our own specifications and marketed under our own brand name. The SD PRO 1600HC provides high quality laminating, whether cold or hot laminating! For more than 10 years, it has been one of the most popular laminating machines among the local graphics companies! Its greatness lies in its reliability, it can laminate up to a full 50 m roll without any problems and without supervision. The smart and professional roll feeding and winding system ensures stable and error-free lamination of roll materials. The antistatic system prevents unpleasant discharges that you have surely experienced as an advertising decorator, e.g. when laminating PVC. The 1600HC is a two-in-one laminator: it can be used for both cold lamination and hot lamination between 0–120 °C.
Main advantages
Compared to manual hand cylinder lifting, the pneumatic solution provides consistent pressure even when you are cutting boards of different thicknesses. The backing paper of the laminating film is automatically rolled up. One of the upper roll holders automatically rolls up excess carrier paper. The two cylinders are connected, so when the lamination is started, the carrier collection starts automatically..
When designing this laminating machine, they tried to minimize static charge, which is a daily problem among advertising workshops dealing with plastic film and boards. After the accessories that drain the electric charge placed on the laminator and the proper grounding, there is no longer any need to fear that huge snapping discharges will annoy the operator, e.g. PVC board at checkout!
The SD PRO 1600HC has both cold lamination and hot lamination functions. For cold lamination, you can use a low temperature setting (cold lamination 40 °C, detailed description below) or only without heating, only lamination without heating. In the hot lamination mode, a maximum temperature of 120 °C can be set in steps of 1 degree. 120 °C is sufficient for all known roll hot laminating foils. Typically only 100 °C and 120 °C will be required. The front and back short table tops will help you when checking out. Of course, for larger boards, it is advisable to feed the board to the laminating machine from a table. Board material with a maximum thickness of 28 mm can be mowed.
