Many cutting head modules for different industrial purposes

The SD PRO CUT has basic and optional cutting heads, which can cover a wide range of applications from advertising board and flexible materials to packaging materials. Straight cutting, circular knife textile cutting, oscillating knife cutting of foamed materials, V-groove cutting, milling head board milling-cutting and many more, a total of 12 heads can be selected in individual configurations. The equipment can contain up to 3 head modules at a time.

User-friendly, easy-to-learn control system

The modern control software provides a simple and clear user interface, while all machine functions are directly accessible. Thanks to the TAB structure, each work process has a separate user interface, so you can quickly switch between, for example, editing cutting paths, setting machining parameters, CCD camera positioning and contour cutting, and the machine's test and calibration functions. The logically structured work areas and simplified operating process enable faster, more transparent work. The software has a modular and expandable structure, so additional functions – such as automatic layout, a large field of view camera system or other special machining modules – can also be integrated. The software can be operated on a separate PC station, which is standard equipment.

Optional cutting head modules

• Controlled cutting knife: Servo-controlled automatic cutting knife that adjusts the blade direction. For self-adhesive materials up to 3mm thick, paper, corrugated cardboard, foam board and similar industrial materials.
• Reinforced controlled cutting knife: Same as the previous one, but with higher performance, for thicker materials up to 6mm.
• Oscillating knife electronic: Oscillating knife controlled by an electric motor with different height blades for cutting corrugated cardboard, carpet, foamed PVC, foam board and other materials up to a maximum thickness of 50mm.
• Oscillating knife pneumatic: For cutting foamed materials, sponge, automotive textiles, EVA and other footwear foam materials up to a thickness of 50mm.
• Bevel cutter: 0, 15, 22.5, 30, 45 degree bevel cutting with a knife inclined at an angle of 0, 15, 22.5, 30, 45 degrees for cutting corrugated cardboard, foamed PVC, deep-cell materials and other industrial materials up to 25mm thick.
• Plotter knife: Traditional cutting head, with self-adjusting blades, for cutting advertising flexible materials known to cutting plotter machines, e.g. self-adhesive foil, reflective foil, car foil, anti-gravel PPF foil up to 1.2mm thick.
• Creasing tool: For forming the bending edges of corrugated cardboard, PP corrugated board and other paper materials.
• Milling head: For milling and cutting MDF, HDF, PMMA (acrylic plexiglass), alu-composite and other board materials with an industrial milling head. 3 power from 288W to 3kW with 60,000 RPM, up to 50mm thick.
• Circular cutting head: For cutting clothing or automotive textiles. Different circular blades for cutting different thin, thick or reinforced (e.g. carbon fiber) materials. 250W power, up to 5mm thickness.
• Punching tool: For punching plastic board materials, honeycomb board, leather, textile and other materials up to 5mm thick. 2,3,4,5mm hole, 6000RPM, 170W.
