The Neolt Electro Sword vertical cutting system was developed for sign making companies that want to cut various types of materials with one machine.

The cutting machine is extremely easy to use and thanks to the electric drive, the work is fast and efficient. There is no need to re-assemble it to cut different materials, you just need to select the appropriate knife with a flick of a wrist. Its exceptional cutting capabilities and innovative functions distinguish the Neolt Electro Sword board cutter from its competitors. The machine can use 3 knives at the same time, which can be easily selected. Furthermore, you can choose from a total of 4 types of knives to decide which of the 3 cutting knives we you use in the machine. The replacement of the blades only takes 1-2 minutes.

This machine is a dream come true for small and medium sign-making companies and decoration and display makers. No need to take Dibond plates to a sheet cutting shop, no need to cut the foamed PVC plate with a ruler and a cutter three times slower, and you can even cut glass, e.g. for picture framing or V-notching in foamed materials for 90° folding.

Cuttable materials

With fixed blade 1 (thickness: 1–30 mm):
Foamed materials (e.g. foam board), cardboard, Gato foam, spongy materials, plastics, vinyl, reboard, honeycomb display materials

With fixed blade 2 (thickness: 1–10 mm):
leather, forex, plastics from 0.5 mm, foamed PVC up to 10 mm, solid PVC up to 1 mm. Two step cutting: from top to bottom or from bottom to top.

With the third optional blade:
• Blade for dibond plates from 1 mm to 3 mm thickness OR
• V-sized blade for foamed materials from 5 mm to 19 mm thickness OR
• Glass cutter up to 3 mm thickness OR
• Blade for acrylic sheets up to 5 mm OR
• Laser set
