The impulse welding is not a new technology but a new solution in the sign making industry. You can weld fast and in very simple way from 1,2m to 5m long printed banner, mesh and other PVC banner materials. With the large format impulse banner welding machine you must push one button only for weld 120cm (or more if bigger type). The impulse welder is suitable for overlap welding and seaming activities and not only for banner materials. It is useable for the welding of other industrial plastic films such as advertisement ballon, tent, geotextile, truck tarpaulin and so on.



Why is  the Flexweld impulsive banner machine  better than the competing banner welding technology?

Instead of handle or automatic banner welding machine with hot air:

Need more time and mapower for hot-air welding. The smoke of the PVC materials is not healthy and emits bad smell. Quality of the welding is not even in every case. Using with the impulse banner welding machine there is not smoke, it is very fast beside consistent welding quality.

Instead of HF welding machine:

Using a more then 40000USD High frequency banner welder can be dangerous because of the incoming radiation and only few printing companies can afford it because of the high cost. The new Flexweld impulse welder can do the similar welding quality than the HF or the RF welding machines but with fifth price and without harmful incoming radiation. The width of the welding is much bigger, from 120cm to 500cm. For example the 120cm type can weld 120cm length in one step!



The quality of the welding:

The width of the welding area is 15mm or 30mm (can be chosen at ordering ). The quality of the welding is perfect and even in the total welding area. The two pieces of banner melt for one material with handling of the suitable welding power and pressure so the welded material is as strong as (or stronger) not welded part of the material.

How does it work?

The machine handling is very simple. The two pieces must be put into the two holding basket and edges of the materials must be pulled for each other in case of overlap banner welding. Just press one button and the welder will press and weld the two pieces. The welding filament warms only in the welding moment because of the impulsive welding technology, not need pre-heating. It does not consume too much power and smoke during welding, and does not consume any power if not welding. Difference programmes can be stored for difference materials on the control panel so not need to re-adjust every times.
