► Compact, desktop roll-to-roll DTF printer: DTF Station Prestige R1
If you want to try DTF printing at a low cost and, you could choose Prestige R1. It is the first 100% factory-made (non-converted) entry-level desktop roll-to-roll DTF printer. Prestige R1 is DTF Station's most affordable printer with the smallest footstep, which provides you with 30 cm roll DTF printing.
► Enter the DTF market with confidence: DTF Station Prestige R2 Pro
If you are looking for professional, yet still compact and affordable desktop solution, Prestige R2 Pro is your printer! It provides you with industrial stability and high quality prints on up to 30 cm wide rolls. It is slightly more expensive than its "little brother", the R1, but in return it enables production at least twice as fast with two i1600 print heads. Its rautomatic 3in1 heat treatment–powder shaker–fume extraction automates the entire printing process – further increasing its efficiency. Therefore in the long run, the price difference really pays off!
For those who think big
► If you need higher productivity: DTF Station Prestige XL2
The Prestige XL2 model is a real industrial solution for those who are thinking about large-volume production. It is a fast, wide-format DTF printer designed for continuous production with its 60 cm printable roll width, 2 Epson i3200 print heads and even more built-in intelligent functions.
► The golden mean: DTF Station Prestige L2
Think big – spend small! The DTF Station Prestige L2 printer with its 45 cm printable roll width bridges the gap between R2 Pro and XL2 model, but it is closer to the latter. An ideal choice for medium-sized businesses that want to break free from the limitations of desktop printers, but have limited space, and are therefore looking for a more compact – and more cost-effective – solution than larger roll-to-roll printers.
► Compact size, more vibrant colors: DTF Station Prestige XL2 Pro
Prestige XL2 PRO model is Prestige XL2's updated version. Even more intelligent features and – similarily to Prestige XL3 – due to printing 9 colors directly, it has a much larger color gamut, so it can produce more vibrant colors and beautiful color gradients, while being a cheaper and more compact solution. In addition, it is more cost-effective in the long run, as it has 2 print heads instead of 3, so maintenance costs are also lower. ► Premium prints and productivity: DTF Station Prestige XL3
It is almost identical in size and capabilities to the 60 cm roll width XL2 Pro model: in addition to CMYK + white, it can print 4 additional colors directly. This model also provides faster printing thanks to its 3 print heads instead of 2. The XL3 is an excellent choice for those who do not want to compromise between professional print quality and productivity.
► Print at the speed of light with 4 printheads: DTF Station Prestige XL4
XL4 is also an updated version of XL2. It is the best choice for mass production: with its 4 industrial printheads it allows you to print at up 25 m2/h speed. Besides its outstanding productivity in the DTF printer market, it also produces high-quality prints just like all the DTF Station machines.
Which heat treatment unit should you choose?
We sell our DTF Station printers as a complete system, which includes the professional Cadlink RIP software with DTF Station printer color profiles and drivers, and a starter kit of supplies, as well as a heat treatment unit that matches the size and capabilities of the printer. Galaxy Phoenix Air or Miro 13?
You can choose our entry-level DTF Station Prestige R1 model with a cheaper but manual DTF heat treatment unit, or you can have a fully automatic system with the Miro 13-roll powder heat treatment unit. Let's see the difference!
With Galaxy Phoenix Air heat treatment machine
Want to try DTF printing without investing a lot of money? Our DTF Station Prestige R1 A3+ DTF printer set with Galaxy Phoenix Air DTF heat treatment machine system is for you! Galaxy Phoenix Air DTF heat treatment machine is a cost-effective solution for the heat treatment of DTF prints due to its affordable price and low consumption. Its compact size also makes it ideal for start-ups. Thanks to its even heat distribution, you don't have to compromise on quality either.
With Miro 13 DTF powder shaker
If you don't want to spend time with manual powdering and heat treatment, choose our DTF Station Prestige R1 A3+ DTF printer set with Miro13 DTF powder shaker system. A compact, three-in-one solution: powder application + heat treatment + fume extraction in one machine. It allows you to fully automate the DTF printing process, thus optimizing your work. With a maximum roll width of 33 cm, it is the perfect complement to both our R1 and R2 Pro DTF systems.
Miro or Seismo?
Our wide format 45 and 60 cm machines are offered with two types of automatic roll-fed dusting and heat treatment units. The Miro24 is a more compact solution that is more cost-effective in both the short and long term, while the 45 cm roll width Seismo L16R and the 60 cm roll width Seismo L24R are industrial-strength fusing units.
Miro 24 DTF powder shaker
The latest development of DTF Station is the Miro 24 professional DTF fusing unit. Thanks to its built-in extractor and space-saving design, it is compact in size, but also suitable for rolls up to 60 cm. In addition, its low consumption and curved heating surface make it outstanding.
Seismo L16R/L24R powder shaker
The Seismo L24R is a fusing unit with a 60 cm roll width and excellent heat distribution, similar to the Miro 24. It is characterized by industrial quality and load capacity, making it suitable for all-day work. Its productivity is increased by its built-in drying function, which enables faster production. For our Prestige L2 machine we offer its smaller version, the 45 cm roll width Seismo L16R model.
